Tony Lowe has extensive experience in conducting and managing projects from basic research to technology and product development. Research and product development projects have ranged from a local to a global scale, with participants in Asia, USA and Europe.

Team building is a speciality, with a particular degree of expertise in forming highly motivated groups, with a focus on teams which exploit the individual strengths of their members as a group rather than relying on individual efforts as a basis for success.

Successful teams require the development of vital skills, attitudes and behavioural patterns in their members; ownership, responsibility, addressing problems at an early stage, a holistic approach to complex projects, commitment to schedules, deadlines and cost control, focussing on key issues.

Our skills are particularly relevant to taking early- or very-early-stage start up companies through their first stages of development from an idea born in a laboratory to a technology ready for the first stages of manufacture and commercialisation. Particular attention is given to protecting intellectual property and to developing IP portfolios with a balance of benefits against cost.
